Adobo Spice Rub:  

Use this rub on chicken prior to BBQ'ing.

I got this recipe from Sara Wuertz. This was Ethan Hardy's make-and-bake Christmas gift in 2019 from Ayla.

1/3 C	garlic powder
1/3 C	salt
1/4 C	dried oregano
1/4 C	tumeric powder
1/4 C	onion powder
3 TBLS	white pepper (or black pepper)
2 TBLS	paprika
1 TBLS	chili powder
1 tsp	ground cumin seed (optional)
